SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally?

How long does shipping take? 

Once your printer is shipped, expect 2-7 business days for delivery.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

You will be charged tax if you are a Kansas resident, or if you buy from our shop in person.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? 

We have a 30 day return policy. If you would like to find a new home for your ONI, please let us know. We do a lot of outreach with schools with limited budgets and may be able to find it a new home!

 

Do you refund?

If you bought an item in error, or are getting into more then you realized, please contact us. Depending on the item, we may have up to a 30% restocking fee.

We accept Credit cards, Paypal, or cash and check for local sales.

 

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

Your printer comes with a Manufacturers 6 month limited warranty. It is rare for an ONI to break, but in case it does, please reach out to us HERE >
